1. Saadian Tombs:
The Saadian tombs are the burial grounds of the famous people who rules Marrakech. Mainly including the tomb of Sultan Ahmed al-Mansour who ruled Marrakech for a long time. 2. The Koutoubia Mosque:
The Koutoubia Mosque is the most famous historical building of Marrakech. The main features include a 70m tall minaret that is visible even when you are standing miles away from the actual place. According to the legends of Marrakech, the person who has to call for the prayers was made blind because, from the height of minaret, the person will be able to see ruler’s harem. This mosque was built in 1162 and considered as one of the best achievements of Almohad architecture.

3. Bahia Palace:
This Bahia palace is built as a residence for the Grand Vizier Bou Ahmed. He was the one that has served Sultan Moulay al-Hassan. The palace is built in the19th century and its interior has a great display for tiles. Moreover, the printed ceilings will create a magical atmosphere. All the interior things in the Bahia Palace shows the elegant life of the people living in that era. The palace is surrounded by the gardens that have spectacular flowers and trees.

4. Almoravid Koubba:
It is the oldest monument that is present in Marrakech. The AlmoravidKoubba is made in the 12th century during the time duration of Ali Ben Youssuf. Although the original purpose of this building is still unknown but according to some experts,it is used as an ablution house of the mosque. The main feature of the interiors includes the use of Almoravid motifs. However, the Koubba is also the building that survived the destruction caused by Almohad conquerors.

5. Manara Gardens:
If you are one of those who loves to enjoy some peace and quiet time from the hustles of normal routine, the Manara Gardens are the best place. A large pool is present at the centre of the garden. It is built in the mod of 19th century. This site is also used as a normal picnic spot for the families of Marrakech.
